Website and enquiries
You may use this site for lawful personal or business enquiries. Information on the site is general and may change. Submitting an enquiry or preferred date does not create a confirmed booking.
Booking confirmation, price and cancellation
A booking becomes binding only when the scope, date, price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any other project-specific conditions are confirmed in writing. Those written terms take priority if they conflict with this general page.
No cancellation fee or refund rule is created by this page. The terms supplied with the booking confirmation will explain what applies to that shoot. Please contact me promptly if plans change.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, arriving as agreed, securing permissions for locations, people, products and materials you provide, and telling me about relevant safety, accessibility or safeguarding needs in advance. A parent or guardian must make arrangements for anyone under 18.
Creative work, delivery and usage
The agreed brief guides the shoot, but creative judgement remains with GTB Photography. Delivery timing, number of final images, editing, file format, usage licence and any print rights are set out in the booking confirmation. Copyright remains with the photographer unless expressly transferred in writing.
Photographs may not be resold, materially altered, used to train automated systems, or used outside the agreed licence. Model-release permissions are separate and apply only as described in the signed release.
Private galleries and downloads
Gallery links, codes and passwords are for the intended recipient. Do not publish or share them without permission. Downloads are available only where enabled by GTB Photography and, for connected albums, by the source service. Keep your own backup after delivery; gallery availability is not permanent unless agreed in writing.
Availability and liability
I aim to keep the site and galleries available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, responsibility for a paid service is governed by the confirmed booking terms and applicable consumer law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the Scottish courts, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you may have. Personal information is handled as explained in the privacy notice.
